To follow the up-to-date versions of national and international standards, regulations and normative documents in order to provide the latest information to its customers and to ensure the sustainability of conformity assessment activities within the scope of Quattro's certification,
To serve with a focus on continuity in customer satisfaction,
To keep the personnel involved in certification activities at the appropriate level of competence by providing the necessary internal and external trainings, making evaluations and observations,
To communicate with national and international authorities, accreditation bodies, program owners, expert committees regarding the certification scope of Quattro for continuous improvement,
It adopts the development of new certification programs as a basic policy in order to provide the most integrated number of services possible to meet customer needs.
