Impartiality Policy
KEY GÖZETİM BELGELENDİRME VE EĞİTİM HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ provides its services within the scope of its resources and infrastructure, within the borders of the Republic of Turkey and the countries it serves, impartially and independently; geography, social and political field; Regardless of sector and industry, accreditation scopes and standards are presented equally to all requesting interested parties within the framework of procedures.
KEY QUALITY management systems certification management does not engage in any activity that would undermine the principles of independence and impartiality while performing audit and certification activities. It analyses and constantly reviews the situations that will affect its independence and impartiality.
KEY QUALITY; The management system it has established in accordance with the accreditation standards in force; independent, impartial, equal, impartial implementation and continuous improvement.
KEY QUALITY; While providing management systems certification services, it has perceived the importance of independence and impartiality and has made analyses in order to eliminate possible conflicts of interest and/or to bring them to an acceptable level.
KEY QUALITY; It does not provide consultancy services directly and/or indirectly in the areas where it provides management systems certification services. It has also registered this in the Trade Registry Gazette.
KEY QUALITY; In addition to management systems certification services, it provides training services open to general participation and does not offer in-house trainings because they can be perceived as consultancy.
KEY QUALITY; It has a pricing policy that separates audit services from document fees to ensure its independence. Every organization that applies for certification will be able to receive audit services. Providing certification at the end of the audits is only dependent on determining the compliance with the relevant standard and/or standards. Every organization that is entitled to certification receives a certificate, and organizations that are found as a result of audits that cannot fully fulfil the conditions only pay the audit fee. Audit and certification processes are perceived as interrelated but independent processes.
Half of the fees charged for all services are initially charged to the customer, thus ensuring that the fees payable for the services do not put pressure on KEY QUALITY to affect impartiality and independence.
When making certification decisions, when necessary, committees formed with the participation of independent experts who are not permanent staff of KEY QUALITY are examined, and independent participants in the committee are paid a small report review fee, regardless of whether the certification decision is positive or not.
KEY QUALITY keeps all kinds of information and documents related to customers confidential, except for the information and documents that are legally required to be provided to the persons and authorities authorized to request information and documents in accordance with the law, and for this, its auditors, office staff and other suppliers have committed to comply with the principles of confidentiality.
It does not certify in areas where it determines that its independence and impartiality are compromised.
KEY QUALITY; In order to manage independence and impartiality, it analyses and constantly reviews in order to manage potential conflicts of interest, examples of which are given here.
